Data Analyst will support asset management administration for the International Commerce Centre by organizing, inputting, and maintaining accurate asset data in coordination with the Facilities Management team.

What this job involves:

  • Serve as the primary technical expert for organizing data and performing bulk uploads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in Corrigo.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness for all asset entries.
  • Support furniture tagging and verification activities.
  • Liaise with the JLL Corrigo Team to resolve data discrepancies and ensure successful uploads.
  • Assist other Facilities Management team members with data entry tasks as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by client.

Desired experience and technical skills required

  • DSE or above.
  • Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with complex or large-scale data entry is an advantage.
  • Ability to solve a problem quickly and effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to high standards
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative
  • Confident communicator with effective interpersonal skills
