About the Role

As an Associate Project Manager, Peer-to-Peer Community, you will help support and grow H&R Block's internal Peer-to-Peer Support Network, a key component of our Scalable Support strategy. In this role, you will partner across Customer Care, Product, Operations, and Support teams to help ensure associates and tax professionals can quickly find answers, connect with experts, and share knowledge with one another. You will help coordinate community activities, monitor engagement, support operational processes, and identify opportunities to improve the overall support experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping large groups of people succeed through collaboration and knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of project coordination, program support, community management, customer support, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and common business productivity tools

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit. Pay Range

$25.10 - $37.64/Hr.
