Hiring: Business Analyst – SAP IS-U / Energy & Utilities

Work Location: Miami Gardens, FL — 100% Onsite

We are seeking a client-focused Business Analyst with strong Energy & Utilities domain experience and hands-on knowledge of SAP IS-U and end-to-end Meter-to-Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and process designs
  • Support SAP IS-U utility billing and invoicing processes
  • Work across the end-to-end Meter-to-Cash lifecycle
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on solution delivery
  • Support testing, defect resolution, and billing operations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
  • Create and maintain business/process documentation
