SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – TRANSFORMATION & ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale business transformation and organisational change initiatives in a dynamic global environment. In this role, you will drive complex cross-functional programmes, manage critical stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful delivery of significant organisational change projects.

You will work at the highest levels of the organisation, influencing C-suite executives and managing multi-workstream initiatives where ambiguity, competing priorities, and strategic complexity are the norm. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and deliver large-scale business transformation and organisational change programmes

• Manage complex multi-workstream initiatives with clear governance structures and milestone tracking

• Navigate and manage stakeholder complexity across multiple business functions and geographies

• Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks and dependencies in real-time

• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic communication to senior leadership

• Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and resolve competing priorities

• Ensure business continuity while managing significant change initiatives

• Establish programme governance and quality assurance mechanisms

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex cross-functional programmes in global organisations

• Strong programme and project management capabilities, including planning, governance, reporting and milestone delivery

• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and critical path activities across multiple workstreams

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse business functions

• Strong communication, facilitation and executive reporting skills

• Extensive experience delivering change within dynamic transformation environments

• Ability to balance strategic objectives with operational execution and business continuity requirements

• Experience working across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups

• Strong problem-solving capability and ability to manage ambiguity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operational or regulated business environments

• Project Management certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)

• Proven experience supporting major business transformations or significant organisational restructuring initiatives

• Experience managing complex carve-outs, mergers, or multi-entity organisational changes
