Job Description – Senior Java Developer

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in cloud-native application development and Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure AKS, APIM, messaging, and Redis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java microservices.
  • Build and manage cloud-native applications on Azure.
  • Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
  • Develop and manage APIs using Azure APIM.
  • Work with Azure messaging and event-driven architectures.
  • Optimize application performance using Redis caching.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Business teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical solution discussions.
  • Ensure application scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure AKS.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, Azure APIM, and Azure messaging services.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Redis, and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Brokerage/Capital Markets domain experience.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms or order management systems.
  • Exposure to monitoring, logging, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
