(MBA CSi) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the United States Postal Service (USPS) Technology Applications Program Management (TAPM) Team. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives that improve mail processing and distribution operations across one of the nation's largest organizations.

What You'll DoAs a Technical Project Manager, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution by managing project activities while supporting software development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities• Lead Agile project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise technology initiatives
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Track project progress, budgets, dependencies, and project health
- Partner with developers, engineers, business analysts, and USPS stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical work items
- Support software development activities including coding, debugging, testing, implementation, and deployment as needed
- Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production deployments
- Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, meeting summaries, and project documentation
- Maintain project backlogs, risk registers, issue logs, and technical documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes and delivery efficiency
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with exceptional quality
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications• Minimum 7 years of Project Management related experience
- Experience managing technical or software development projects
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or iterative software delivery methodologies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience supporting testing, implementation, or deployment activities
EducationBachelor's degree preferred in:
