The RoleYour initial focus is configuring realistic scenarios, building Postman examples, and creating reusable demo content. This reduces repeated preparation and frees capacity for strategic work. Live demo responsibilities will grow as your skills develop.

Bring practical technical skills; we will help you learn LogiSense and billing. Priorities will balance planned asset development with selected sales opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the TeamBuild Demos That Tell a Business Story

  • Turn customer requirements into realistic pricing, usage, and billing scenarios; validate calculations and configuration choices.
  • Adapt your explanation to each buyer: billing accuracy for Finance, integration for IT, and pricing flexibility for Product.
  • Test scenarios and document setup and reset steps so the Solutions team can reuse them reliably.

Create Self‑Service Product Experiences

  • Create concise product walkthroughs, videos, and guides around buyer questions and common use cases.
  • Work with Marketing and Product to keep content accurate, current, and easy to follow.

Support the Technical Sales Process

  • Prepare scenarios and test data for selected demos and proofs of concept; flag requirements needing senior review.
  • Build Postman examples using authentication, chained requests, and JSON responses; use API documentation to troubleshoot errors.
  • Document reusable collections, protect credentials, and validate test data and AI output.

Expertise and Experience

  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting complex software. Employment, internships, student placements, and substantial academic or personal projects count.
  • Clear writing and speaking, with the ability to explain technical scenarios to different buyers.
  • Practical REST API experience using Postman or a comparable tool, including authentication, JSON, and error diagnosis.
  • Organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow‑through.
  • Curiosity, persistence, and openness to feedback. Prior billing experience is optional.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, billing, payments, or subscriptions.
  • Basic scripting, SQL, or Postman automated checks.
