Benefits
Full description
Come make a difference in a fast-growing, innovative, Software Product Management team that combines a scale-up atmosphere with a global industry-leading product portfolio. You’ll be part of building the future of Trackunit’s connected ecosystem - helping shape products that connect people, data, and machines to build a smarter construction industry.
At Trackunit, we put our customers first. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll work across teams and departments to guide software products from research and idea through to launch - connecting the customer, technical, and business worlds. You’ll break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps and drive product development with focus, purpose, and measurable outcomes.
The Connectivity Health products are Trackunit's foundation for reliable connectivity, ensuring that every device across a customer's fleet stays connected, healthy and generating trustworthy data from installation onward. It's the foundation our customers depend on to trust the data driving their operations, and everything Trackunit builds on top of it.
As Senior Product Manager for this area, you will own the products that bring this to life. You will work closely with Engineering, Design and Go to Market teams to ensure we deliver customer value while supporting Trackunit's strategic goals.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings clarity amid change, and builds strong alignment across diverse teams. If you’re passionate about creating meaningful products and want to make a tangible impact in a global SaaS company - we’d love to hear from you.
You will be connected to one of our offices in Europe or North America with the possibility to work from one of the dedicated offices and remotely in a flexible capacity. For this position, you need to be based in Europe or in the Eastern time zone in North America.
Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance for this position. If you have questions about eligibility based on your location, feel free to reach out and we will clarify this during the process.
What’s in it for you?
- You'll join the Rental Pod, the team responsible for serving the Rental customer segment. While the pod originates in Rental, Connectivity Health reach across all of Trackunit's customer segments, since reliable data is a prerequisite for every product built on top of it. This makes it one of the most cross cutting and high leverage areas to work in right now, as the wider business becomes increasingly dependent on trustworthy device data.
- A place in a hyper-growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving quickly, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to adjust. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have just passed 450 employees. International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
- We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and we support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an open feedback culture to enable you to identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams/relations and impacting the organisation/strategy.
- Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us or something we state in a job posting. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.
- Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. And this priority starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiatives here.
Who are you ideally?
- You're very comfortable in your product management craft and have seen what great looks like in B2B SaaS and/or technically complex products at scale.
- Big plus if you've worked with data products for end users and have a talent for translating complex data into easily understandable insights and actions.
- You think and build AI-first. You reach for AI capabilities as a default design tool - not a bolt-on -and you know how to evaluate when AI genuinely reduces friction versus when it adds noise. You’ve shipped or closely partnered on AI-powered product features, and you can have a substantive conversation with engineers about what’s feasible, what’s not, and what’s worth the bet.
- You bring great structuring and analytical skills with the ability to implement strategic product plans and to proactively make things happen with a hands-on attitude.
- You're an effective communicator who knows how to work asynchronously and across time zones.
- You’re experienced in the full product lifecycle: from backlog refinement and sprint execution to coordinating with go-to-market teams.
- You’re adept at navigating trade-offs, bringing cross-functional clarity, and moving work forward.
- You bring commercial awareness and know how to define and measure progress with data and feedback loops.
- You’re collaborative and pragmatic. Comfortable aligning when you can, and pushing forward when you can’t.
- You focus on delivering impact, not just output, and you own what you build.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're super excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
Primary responsibilities:
- Own the Connectivity Health products and roadmap: Define what gets built and why, so that devices across a customer's fleet can stay connected, healthy and generating trustworthy data.
- Drive end-to-end product execution: Own the build process from backlog refinement to release, working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Lead go-to-market efforts: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launches are aligned, well-orchestrated, and supported by clear enablement.
- Create clarity across functions: Align teams on scope, trade-offs, and timelines, especially where regional context, dependencies, or ambiguity exist.
- Build effective async collaboration: Communicate clearly across time zones and stakeholders, using structured, proactive updates to keep momentum.
- Shape how we work: Contribute to evolving product practices, frameworks, and rituals, rather than just following what exists.
Our hiring process
Don't waste your time on writing the best possible cover letter for the job. We want you to create an impact that matters, and that's not in the cover letter.
- Virtual meet and greet. Meet Malin Lindbom, Director of Product Management and the hiring manager for this role.
- Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or projects related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
- If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
- Offer presentation and walk-through. We’re lucky to have you!
