Digital Product Owner / Business Analyst

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the definition, prioritization, and delivery of digital products and business initiatives. The role combines product ownership, business analysis, and product management responsibilities, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and delivery teams while driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and value realization.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Own and manage the product backlog and prioritization process;
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans;
• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives;
• Lead product discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design activities;
• Coordinate and align business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners;
• Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT activities;
• Drive product decisions based on business value, customer needs, risks, and priorities;
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics;
• Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle;
• Support product strategy, release planning, and continuous product improvement;
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and customer expectations;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• University degree in IT or related field;
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, capabilities, and business use cases;
• Experience identifying, documenting, and managing requirements for AI/GenAI-enabled products or solutions;
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role;
• Strong business analysis and requirements management skills;
• Experience creating and managing product backlogs and roadmaps;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies;
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable requirements and product initiatives;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital products, mobile applications, or customer-facing platforms;
• Experience defining product strategy and business cases;
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and product discovery methodologies;
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions;
• SAFe, or similar certifications;
• Experience delivering AI-powered digital products or business process automation initiatives.
