Job Summary
Your Career
Join the Cortex Product Analytics team and help shape product strategy through data and AI. As a Principal Product Analyst, you will transform product usage, customer behavior, and business insights into recommendations that influence roadmap decisions, improve customer outcomes, and drive product adoption.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success, you will define trusted product metrics, leverage AI to accelerate analysis and uncover insights, and enable data-informed decision-making across the Cortex portfolio.
Your Impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product success metrics and answer strategic business questions.
- Analyze product usage and customer behavior using data and AI to identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and customer outcomes.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Define and maintain trusted product KPIs, executive dashboards, and scalable measurement frameworks.
- Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ensure high-quality product instrumentation and analytics.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics and automation to improve insight generation, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
- Champion analytics and AI best practices to foster a culture of data-informed product development.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proven experience using data to influence product strategy and business decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience defining KPIs and measuring product success.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and modern analytics platforms to accelerate analysis, generate insights, and improve decision-making.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI and visualization tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Strong ownership and the ability to drive complex initiatives independently.
- Advantage: Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS products.
