Unser Team befasst sich mit der GMP-konformen Herstellung von Zwischen- und Endprodukten und somit mit der Sicherstellung der hohen Qualität unserer Produkte gegenüber unseren Kunden. Hierbei arbeiten wir eng mit den verschiedenen Produktionsbereichen der Plasmafraktionierung und der Bulk Anlagen zusammen. Wir bilden eine Schnittstelle für alle relevanten Bereiche im Zusammenhang mit der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Changes. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktionspartnern und der persönliche Austausch in multidisziplinären Teams zeichnet uns aus.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit

  • Management von Abweichungen/CAPAs (Veeva)
  • Management von Changes (TrackWise, zukünftig Veeva)
  • Vorbereiten und begleiten von Audits und Inspektionen
  • Quality on the Floor Tätigkeiten in den Fraktionier- und Bulkanlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsbereichen
  • Kontrolle von Herstell- und Prüfdokumenten gemäss GMP-Richtlinien
  • Mitarbeit in oder leiten von Projekten
  • Unterstützung der Optimierung von Businessprozessen

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung

  • Sie haben ein naturwissenschaftlichen Studienabschluss (Bachelor) im Bereich Life Science, Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie, einen Ingenieurabschluss oder Sie verfügen über eine äquivalente Ausbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse aus der Industrie und dem GMP-Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind eine flexible, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit gutem Einfühlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sie organisieren sich und treffen Entscheidungen innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs selbständig.
  • Sie verfügen über eine sehr exakte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und sind es gewohnt, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen internen und externen Stellen erfordert Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientiertheit.
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich & schriftlich) sind zwingend.
