About the role: We are looking for a Treasury / Finance Analyst to join the team. The tasks of the role will be:
What you will do in this role:
- Participating in liquidity monitoring and cash flow management for the Maritime companies of the Group
- Preparing daily payments through online banking platforms
- Executing treasury transactions, including FX, FFAs, and EUAs
- Assisting with the preparation of banking and other compliance reports
- Communicating with banks regarding various operational issues
- Supporting the Finance team's senior members in ad hoc projects
- Recording and optimizing finance-related processes through the use of AI models
- Supporting accountants and auditors
What you bring to the team:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of work experience within a finance/treasury function
- Experience in using AI Tools (Claude, Gemini etc) daily for optimizing and expediting work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Punctuality in timelines, accuracy in data entry
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, client-oriented mindset, and teamwork mentality
Nice to have:
- Shipping knowledge or Big 4 experience
- Familiarity with IFRS
- Financial modeling skills
- Master's degree in a finance-related subject or any other relevant qualification
