Type of contract: B2B contract

Salary range: 155-205 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will design, build, and maintain production-grade software solutions with a strong focus on AI-powered applications, modern backend and frontend development, and cloud-native platforms. You will work on integrating large language models into business processes, developing agentic AI solutions, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliability, observability, and scalability across the technology landscape.

Your tasks

  • Design, build, and deliver production-quality services
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, testing processes, and platform observability
  • Design, evaluate, and optimize prompts for production LLM applications
  • Build and manage prompt libraries and versioning strategies
  • Translate business requirements into structured prompt specifications
  • Design and implement agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows
  • Build LLM observability, evaluation, logging, and guardrail frameworks
  • Support responsible AI adoption through validation and risk mitigation practices
  • Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build frontend applications and integrations using React
  • Work with cloud platforms, databases, messaging systems, and Kubernetes environments

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience building REST APIs and event-driven services
  • Strong React development skills
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for production LLM applications
  • Knowledge of prompt evaluation frameworks and tooling
  • Understanding of tokenization, context limits, temperature tuning, and LLM behavior
  • Experience designing prompts for tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-turn conversations
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 6 days a month

Nice to have

  • Experience with LangSmith, PromptFlow, Braintrust, or similar tools
  • Experience designing memory-augmented AI systems
  • Experience with multi-agent architectures
  • Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices
  • Experience with performance optimization and platform observability
