Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the construction of technology project management system, and continuously improve project document requirements, process standards and measures with the aim of improving work efficiency and project management quality.
- Track and manage the execution of the bank's technology projects throughout their entire lifecycle; control and report on potential technical, planning, and resource risks; check the completion of various management requirements before project launch; and organize post-project evaluation.
- Organize regular review of the results and efficiency of quality control in innovation and R&D work, and propose improvement suggestions for any problems or risks identified.
- Assist to prepare supportive materials to facilitate project control process for all projects in ITG scope.
- Assist to prepare materials to provide overall insights of project progress and healthiness.
- Assist to prepare appropriate project management measurement and metrics results in accordance with project management guideline.
- Assist to measure ITG resource capacity and utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project team members.
- Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks and PMO administrative tasks, as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration
- At least 7 years' experience in office administration duties with at least 3 years in project control process
- Preferable with experience to control multiple and complex projects involving multiple critical banking applications
- Experience in preparing project healthiness reports in different aspects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Familiar with Project Management control process, defect management, test quality assurance planning, and execution
- Good knowledge of project governance and financial control
- Relevant experience in project management office duties to support various reporting, monitoring and improvement process
