POSITION SUMMARY
• The Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the setup, release and process for new part numbers and changes to bills of materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become knowledgeable of all Oracle PD Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and Job Aid process documents; Able to follow/enforce all requirements and be able to point engineers to correct training resources
- Promptly set up approval and task assignments for all submitted changes according to process rules
- Review Change Orders to confirm compliance with Engineering and Process Standards
- Track COs/NRCOs through systems and process to ensure timely completion and escalate as needed
- Coordinate with other key groups to troubleshoot changes with errors or other issues
• Support team requirements for testing new tools and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent communications skills – written & verbal; Spanish speaking with good English skills
- Ability to facilitate positive and effective cross-functional relationships across multiple LOBs, the GBU and geographic locations
- Strong project-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in CREO 4.0 and greater
- Experience with PLM systems (BOM management and change order release)
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree from an accredited college or university
