Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented React.js & React Native Developer with 3–6 years of experience to join our Digital Channels team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications for the banking sector. The role requires strong expertise in React.js and React Native, along with experience integrating enterprise APIs and working within Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following best coding practices.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and enterprise backend services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
• Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with secure coding standards and banking security requirements.
• Participate in CI/CD processes, application deployments, and release activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in Front-End and Mobile Application Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, and component lifecycle.
• Experience with state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience using Git and modern version control workflows.
• Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech industry.
