Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in consumer electronics hardware system integration.
- 5 years of experience in hardware program driving products (e.g., Display, Camera, Speaker, Wearables) from early concepts through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production.
- 5 years of experience working on resolution of mechanical and electrical issues, including schematics, layouts, tooling tolerances, and system-level testing.
- 5 years of experience with OEM/ODM, CM, or JDM environments, managing factory line readiness and building operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time internationally.

- Manage development health and home hardware products and drive the overall execution and strategy of the team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality and manufacturability.
- Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams.
- Lead resolution on key technical issues and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Interface between joint development partners and cross functional Engineering and Operation teams.
