About the Role
This is a great foundational role within the Mondelēz Finance team, offering clear structure and rhythm while providing the opportunity to stretch into projects, identify key business drivers, and build the curiosity that paves the way toward future commercial roles.
Note – this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
How you will contribute
- Provide the senior leaders and wider business with essential financial data and actionable insights that inform strategic direction and decision-making.
- Take ownership of projects aimed at driving operational efficiencies and enhancing ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Execute ad hoc analyses and initiatives as directed by the Senior Finance Manager or Director.
- Deliver key elements of the finance planning and performance management cycle, supporting related financial decisions with rigour and accuracy.
- Maintain a robust controls and compliance framework within your area of responsibility, ensuring full adherence to company policies.
What you will bring
- Finance experience in formative years (CA, CPA or CIMA).
- Strong business acumen and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Well-developed influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive, agile, and solutions-focused approach with a drive for results, sound decision-making ability, and strong time management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with SAP knowledge; experience with Power BI will be considered an advantage.
