What you’ll be doing:

As business analyst/project manager healthcare, you monitor the business and its workforce management, you support the business users and lead projects in order to ensure the current and future good functioning of the department Healthcare.

This entails the analysis of business needs, data, business process & tools, use those results to drive new tactics, improvements and projects.

You support the business in the necessary change management linked to the digitization of the processes (f.i. Gen AI projects). As coordinator in change, you facilitate the collaboration between the business- and IT stakeholders.

You frequently work in conjunction with operations, the center of excellence and management and you ensure the communication of relevant information between the different involved parties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Monitoring & Support: Develop reports and workforce plans, analyze user needs, improve processes, and provide support to colleagues, ensuring optimal productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with management to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects by responding to customer needs, defining scope, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Project Management: Lead project teams, make decisions, organize project governance, and oversee internal and external communication.
  • IT Coordination: Act as the link between business and IT by identifying automation needs, supporting application development, overseeing implementation, and ensuring smooth system deployment through testing and issue resolution.

​What you’ll bring:

  • You have a master degree and by preference you have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable function.
  • You have experience in processmodelling (BPMN) and a broad experience in managing workshops, formalizing business needs and in the management of business- and IT projects.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft-tools.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
  • Thanks to your experience in change management and your communication skills, you can easily handle a context in which agreement needs to be found between different actors.
  • You have a conceptual and analytical mind and you have strong synthesis skills.
  • You are a teamplayer and you like working in a project-mode.
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
