Job Overview
Location: Seven Lakes Pharmacy, Shoreview MN (Position itself is remote)
Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly
Schedule: day
This is a temporary position with a 90-120 day commitment, with the possibility of the position becoming permanent.
The Project and Process Manager is responsible for managing multiple end-to-end projects in support of various Fairview Pharmacy Services (FPS) and Shared Clinical Services functions, such as lab, imaging and rehab services. The Project Manager works in concert with subject matter experts and other cross-functional stakeholders to meet the overall project goals in terms of scope, quality, budget, and schedule. Must have strong communication skills, collaborative spirit and demonstrated success leading projects in remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects through the entire life cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure
- Partner with cross-functional resources to identify best practice opportunities
- Promote common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and reporting in order to align project stakeholders and team members
- Provide leadership to project teams in diagnosing issues and overcoming barriers to team/project progress
- Manage risks, issues and project change control in terms of scope, schedule, and budget
- Provide business analysis support to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, managed and delivered
- Interface with cross-functional areas impacted by the project including business, clinical (?) and IT stakeholders, and external vendors and clients
- Produce effective project artifacts including timelines, status reports, and other key project documentation
- Ensure ongoing measurement and auditing, as appropriate
- Lead and document work breakdown structure sessions
- Support the development of standardization within project management function
- Serve as a project management reference/resource for others in the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
- 3 years of experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and priorities including experience leading projects in a remote environment * Background should include experience facilitating business requirements definition and documenting business process flows
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute)

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
