Salesforce System Specialist

Location: Solihull (Hybrid) Working Pattern: Hybrid working model with 2–3 days per week required in our Solihull office.

What You Will Do

As the Salesforce System Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimisation, and effective use of Salesforce across the EMEA sales organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to sales leaders and commercial teams, you will provide expertise on sales tools, processes, and technologies to maximise productivity and business performance. You will leverage data, reporting, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, improve visibility of sales activities, and support strategic decision-making. This role combines sales operations, CRM leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to ensure Salesforce delivers maximum value to the business.

How You Will Do It

  • Lead Salesforce adoption, governance, and best practices across the EMEA region
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related processes, enhancements, and user support
  • Partner with sales leadership to optimise sales processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into business performance
  • Analyse sales and pipeline data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Drive data quality initiatives and ensure the integrity of Salesforce information
  • Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and performance tracking activities
  • Collaborate with global teams on Salesforce enhancements, deployments, and system improvements
  • Deliver training, guidance, and user enablement programmes to maximise tool utilisation
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across sales operations and technology platforms

What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations, CRM management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, reporting, and analytics
  • Experience supporting sales organisations within a multi-country or regional environment
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working within a complex global matrix organisation
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools
  • Project management or continuous improvement experience
