As a Technical Business Analyst - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on analyzing and interpreting data to provide strategic insights and recommendations that enhance business performance. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and creative thinking to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Analyzing and interpreting data to provide strategic insights for business performance improvement - Leading teams in the development of innovative software solutions and product enhancements - Managing project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion - Guiding business process analysis and re-engineering to optimize operations - Developing business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making - Overseeing stakeholder engagement and relationship building to align project goals - Conducting competitive analysis and market trend evaluations to inform strategic decisions - Utilizing business data analytics to identify opportunities for process optimization - Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance their skills - Facilitating user acceptance testing to validate software functionality and performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 6 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
