We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Project Manager to join our Cummins Inc. team in Shoreview, MN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive successful project execution by establishing clear scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and performance expectations.
  • Partner with global stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate activities and achieve program objectives.
  • Mitigate project risks by proactively identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining project continuity.
  • Optimize resource utilization to balance scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements across multiple initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable project insights through financial reporting, performance tracking, and executive-level status communications.
  • Strengthen organizational effectiveness by coaching project teams, sharing best practices, and fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Ensure project accountability through disciplined documentation, governance, and stakeholder engagement that drives successful business outcomes.
