The Data Analytics team empowers our entire organization by transforming complex data into actionable business insights and building robust self-service tools. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in modeling customer behavior and marketing data to directly support senior stakeholders and commercial teams.

In this role, you will:
- Develop a foundational understanding of the relationships between customer behavior and our growth drivers through data analysis and data modelling;
- Assist in creating and maintaining self-service dashboards for stakeholders across the business, using PowerBI or Superset;
- Model and connect marketing campaign, channel, and touchpoint data to help us better understand the customer journey from acquisition to conversion;
- Utilize analytical tools (SQL, Python, Google Sheets) to prepare and analyze data, supporting key decision-making processes;
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis workflows and improve productivity;
- Identify new research areas that should be pursued and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders;
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address stakeholder questions, focusing on commercial impact and effectively communicating your findings.
Your skills & experiences:
- 2+ years of experience working closely with business leaders in an analytical or consulting role, driving measurable business impact;
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, alongside experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Superset, Tableau, Looker) and Excel/Google Sheets;
- Understanding of when and how to leverage AI in both analytical and business workflows;
- A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset—you know when a quick Excel pivot beats a complex Python script, and you view AI as a valuable productivity multiplier.
- Excellent English communication skills, allowing you to clearly translate technical findings and comfortably engage in engineering-related discussions.
Nice to have:
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics (funnel, cohort, and campaign analysis), ideally combined with SaaS metrics (MRR, LTV/CAC), and a strong commercial awareness focused on user needs.
Tech Stack:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BQ) for storage and warehousing;
- dbt and SQL for data modelling;
- Python for automation;
- Jupyter for ad-hoc analysis;
- PowerBI and Superset for data visualisation;
- Airflow for orchestration.
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross salary: 3200-4500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
