Full description

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:

You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.

The Data Analytics team empowers our entire organization by transforming complex data into actionable business insights and building robust self-service tools. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in modeling customer behavior and marketing data to directly support senior stakeholders and commercial teams.

\n

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a foundational understanding of the relationships between customer behavior and our growth drivers through data analysis and data modelling;
  • Assist in creating and maintaining self-service dashboards for stakeholders across the business, using PowerBI or Superset;
  • Model and connect marketing campaign, channel, and touchpoint data to help us better understand the customer journey from acquisition to conversion;
  • Utilize analytical tools (SQL, Python, Google Sheets) to prepare and analyze data, supporting key decision-making processes;
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis workflows and improve productivity;
  • Identify new research areas that should be pursued and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders;
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address stakeholder questions, focusing on commercial impact and effectively communicating your findings.

Your skills & experiences:

  • 2+ years of experience working closely with business leaders in an analytical or consulting role, driving measurable business impact;
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, alongside experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Superset, Tableau, Looker) and Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Understanding of when and how to leverage AI in both analytical and business workflows;
  • A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset—you know when a quick Excel pivot beats a complex Python script, and you view AI as a valuable productivity multiplier.
  • Excellent English communication skills, allowing you to clearly translate technical findings and comfortably engage in engineering-related discussions.

Nice to have:

  • Solid understanding of marketing metrics (funnel, cohort, and campaign analysis), ideally combined with SaaS metrics (MRR, LTV/CAC), and a strong commercial awareness focused on user needs.

Tech Stack:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BQ) for storage and warehousing;
  • dbt and SQL for data modelling;
  • Python for automation;
  • Jupyter for ad-hoc analysis;
  • PowerBI and Superset for data visualisation;
  • Airflow for orchestration.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 3200-4500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
  • Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
  • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
  • Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
  • Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/.
