ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support Indeed’s strategic migration from a legacy MDM platform to a fresh implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud, working closely with marketing stakeholders and product managers to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions. You will design and optimize data flows within Salesforce Data Cloud, validate data pipelines using SQL and Snowflake, and bridge technical and business needs across data teams, Salesforce admins, and marketing leadership. The role requires proven hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience and strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work directly with marketing and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases;
- Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud;
- Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality, reliable data pipelines;
- Collaborate closely with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to bridge technical and business requirements;
- Contribute to a fresh start implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
MUST HAVES
- +4 years of experience in Business Analyst or similar roles;
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud;
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL;
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, especially marketing managers, to define and prioritize requirements;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business needs;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Familiarity with Customer 360, analytics enablement, or MDM concepts.
