- Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools that track key product KPIs (e.g., feature adoption, engagement, retention, funnel conversion, connected vehicle usage patterns)
- Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines, instrumentation, and tracking support product analytics needs
- Identify opportunities to improve connected vehicle experiences through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and cohort analysis
- Develop and monitor metrics tied to customer lifetime value (CLV), engagement, and retention across digital product touchpoints
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization
- Champion a culture of data literacy and accountability by embedding analytics best practices within product teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDIA), UX, and business teams to ensure analytics needs are reflected in product requirements
