Join our Team as a PROGRAM MANAGER!

 

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll coordinate and complete multiple related small/moderately complex projects to support strategic business initiatives on time, within budget, and scope. You will set milestones, assign responsibilities to project leads and monitor and summarize progress of projects while coordinating to ensure all aspects of the project are agreed upon by functional areas. This position performs work under general supervision and handles moderately complex issues and problems, referring more complex issues to others.  If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you’ll feel right at home here.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of small/moderately complex projects.
  • Lead and direct the work of others.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Communicate project scope and objectives to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress across the interconnected projects simultaneously.
  • Develop, implement, and manage governance, controls, and services to support programs.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Support technical discussions and contractual negotiations between the company and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
  • Enhance department and organization by exploring opportunities for process improvement to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Performs related work as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of broad experience in project or program management.
  • Strong project management skills including, but not limited to: planning and organization, attention to detail, leadership, coaching, managing and improving team dynamics, developing and tracking project budgets, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to build consensus in a manner that is positive, clear, and effective across multiple departments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully lead in a matrix environment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Technically capable, with a mindset to assess and adapt strategies based on market and customer feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software/tools and Microsoft Office.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • A general understanding of the material handling industry, products, and solutions.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $106,060 - $135,975 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
