PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for driving billing analysis, compiling reports, and developing trackers to support TDM business.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and process multiple sales orders and job orders across various departments.
- Create, update, and maintain tracking documents containing financial data using Microsoft Office applications, Made2Manage, and web-based systems, including Web Quote.
- Perform month-end profit analysis for closed sales orders to support financial reporting.
- Monitor and maintain customer purchase order balances to ensure accurate financial records.
- Review monthly project costs and generate accurate monthly customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to sales orders, job orders, customer purchase orders, and invoicing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Program Management teams by participating in Finance meetings to develop a comprehensive understanding of TDM business operations and financial performance.
- Consistently meet accounting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support additional accounting and administrative functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analysis / problem solving skills of highly complex nature.
- Excellent organization skills
- Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
- 1- 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.

- Understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
