Full description

This key role supports the execution of short-term and long-term transformation strategies, organizational governance, and strategic initiatives within the dynamic commercial automotive digital products sector, with a specific focus on Ford Pro Intelligence (FPI) and fleet software solutions. The EPM of Strategic Initiatives will be instrumental in tracking the success of FPI transformation initiatives, helping to bridge departmental gaps across Vehicle Cloud & Mobile Operations (VC&M), streamlining communication on objective progress, supporting organizational reporting, and maintaining robust processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. This position requires a blend of operational acumen, strong project management skills, and the ability to help translate leadership vision for commercial connected services into actionable plans. This role requires high emotional intelligence, the ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally, and the capacity to successfully navigate through the complex Ford Pro and broader Ford organization to support sustainable growth.
