ROLE
- Operate SICPA’s Digital Solutions and the underlying cloud infrastructure (maintenance, upgrades, resource management, and business continuity)
- Perform configuration changes and deploy new releases
- Handle incidents and service requests escalated by Digital Operations L1 Support
- Update and track incidents and requests in the ticketing tool
- Perform technical troubleshooting, resolve incidents, and identify bugs or complex technical issues
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), document findings, and drive corrective actions
- Escalate incidents and requests to L3 Support when appropriate
- Maintain and enrich the knowledge base
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of process documentation
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. AWS) are an advantage
- Experience in cloud-based application deployment and management, solution administration, customer support, and service management; project management experience is a plus
- Data and messaging analysis: Kafka (critical), SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Logs and monitoring tools: Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus
- Knowledge of containerized environments: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
- Basic scripting skills: Bash, Python, Postman
- CI/CD pipelines: ArgoCD, Argo Workflows
- Languages: Excellent English (C1, written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization and time management
