WHAT YOU WILL DO… •    Assist in the design and documentation of scalable manufacturing and business solutions.  •    Support development of solution architectures aligned with Campbell's enterprise standards and digital manufacturing strategy.  •    Create and maintain architecture diagrams, process flows, data models, and integration specifications.  •    Participate in architecture reviews and design workshops with IT and business stakeholders.  •    Translate business requirements into technical solution recommendations. •    Help define and document data requirements between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems. •    Coordinate activities with site operations, engineering teams, vendors, and IT partners.  •    Document lessons learned and implementation best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE) •    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience in the field of manufacturing. •    0-3 years of experience in IT, manufacturing systems, automation, analytics, or solution delivery.  •    Understanding of software development, systems integration, or enterprise applications.  •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  •    Effective written and verbal communication skills.  •    Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. •    Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.  

IF WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE) •    Experience supporting manufacturing environments (CPG, Food & Beverage, Pharma, etc.).  •    Understanding of ISA-95 or Industry 4.0 concepts. •    Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Aveva, Rockwell FTPC, Siemens Opcenter, Traksys Parsec). •    Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and data engineering pipelines.  •    Experience with Power BI or other manufacturing analytics tools.  •    Understanding of cybersecurity practices in OT environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$70,300-$96,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
