SummaryAs a Project Manager, you will lead the design and execution of high-impact educational projects with external partners such as companies, foundations, and governments. You will be responsible for aligning each initiative with Platzi’s strategic goals, creating customized learning programs that meet partner needs, and ensuring successful implementation while maintaining Platzi’s methodology and educational essence.

What you'll do• Define the scope, deliverables, and objectives of each project, aligning expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

• Build detailed work plans, including timelines, milestones, and required resources for seamless execution.
• Lead implementation efforts across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects meet their intended goals on time and within budget.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators , and produce progress and outcome reports.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with client organizations—government entities, NGOs, corporate partners—and ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and scale impact, adapting execution strategies as needed.
• Capture feedback and insights from partners to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Platzi’s values and methodology while securing long-term partnerships and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally in collaboration with external entities such as NGOs, companies, or government bodies.

• Proven track record managing complex projects with measurable impact, across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project scopes.
• Experience working with KPIs, reporting tools, and data-driven project evaluation.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of managing bilingual communications and documentation.
• Passionate about education, innovation, and social impact through learning.
