At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer Mid-Level to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Java Developer Pl, you will play a key role in developing robust and high-performance backend solutions for a global B2B data integration platform. Your contributions will ensure data quality and integrity, ultimately driving success for our clients and application users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.

• Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Support technical leadership within the team by providing insights and guidance.

• Participate in agile development practices, contributing actively to team discussions and ceremonies.

• Act as a client partner, understanding their objectives and proposing effective solutions.

• Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive environment of constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

• Proficiency in backend development using Java 17 and Spring Boot

• Experience with MongoDB

• Familiarity with Python

• Knowledge of RabbitMQ

• Understanding of agile development practices

• Resilience and adaptability in challenging contexts

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Intermediate English for conversation, writing, and reading

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Knowledge of AI practices for software development

• Experience with Cloud Azure

• Familiarity with Kubernetes

• Experience with New Relic

• Experience with automated testing
