Title: Flutter Mobile App Developer

Department: Information Technology

Job Overview

To design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, secure, and user-friendly cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart, supporting business objectives through reliable mobile solutions, seamless integrations, and high-quality digital user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, user-friendly, and functional mobile screens and application flows.
  • Integrate REST APIs, backend services, third-party SDKs, libraries, authentication, push notifications, analytics, payments, and device features.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve technical issues, bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks in new and existing applications.
  • Collaborate with backend, frontend, QA, product, and project teams for requirements, API alignment, testing, defect resolution, and delivery planning.
  • Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, maintain version control discipline, and support reusable, maintainable, and secure code practices.
  • Prepare and support Android and iOS application releases, production deployments, release documentation, and post-release issue resolution.

Experience Required

1-3 years of relevant experience in mobile application development, with strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, preferably within financial, banking, fintech, or enterprise mobile application environments. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Educational Background Required

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, mobile application architecture, state management, REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, third-party SDK integration, Git/version control, and Android/iOS deployment understanding.
  • Expertise in debugging, responsive UI development, performance optimization, Firebase, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics, and ensuring smooth mobile application performance.
  • Experience with payment or biometric integrations, enterprise-grade application requirements, and secure mobile application practices.
  • Awareness of CI/CD pipelines, ability to work independently and within a development team, and strong collaboration skills across mobile, backend, and QA functions.
