Job Purpose:  

This position understands and quantifies the steps required, impacts, and benefits associated with implementing or changing business processes, rules, policies and other elements, to improve performance for impacted business areas. They will plan, organize, and manage technology projects and systems with primary focus on the Business-to-Business (B2B) Distribution Infrastructure systems and its subsidiaries.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Define, oversee, and continuously improve designated business processes and supporting technologies by analyzing current-state workflows, implementing enhancements, and developing new processes as needed.”
  • Define, refine, and oversee specific business processes and related technologies as designated; analyze and improve current processes and create new processes.
  • Solicit process and technical requirements from business subject matter experts (SME), within and beyond the Sales organization, or with customers/vendors. Follow through to implementation and rollout of the change.
  • Develop, create, maintain, and refine job aids, instructions, tools, and methodologies supporting business processes and technologies.
  • Document processes and enhancements and communicate to impacted areas; deliver end-user training and education, as needed.
  • Act as business owner and SME in projects and business efforts, as needed.
  • Collaborate, influence, assess customer needs, and shape the direction for processes and development of process priorities for consistency and alignment across the organization.
  • Establish critical success factors for process and technology usage; define key measures of performance, identify, and analyze potential improvement actions.
  • Resolve business process issues as they arise; provide support to address escalations related to performance of business processes.
  • Lead multiple, high impact projects simultaneously; develop and manage project plans and resources, including influence on individuals at all levels and from multiple business units of the organization. Work with Project Management Office (PMO) where appropriate.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or other business-related field, or trade-off in related professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of recent project management experience utilizing Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or other Process Improvement methodologies to achieve business results. This should include demonstrated planning and facilitation skills as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • 5+ years of strong experience owning or supporting digital solutions and enabling innovation to streamline processes.
  • Background that comprises sound understanding of technology products / solutions and high-level understanding of business areas.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize and translate internal and external customer inputs, business performance metrics and strategic directives into projects and action plans. Ability to determine root-causes of performance within systems and processes, identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Proven ability to design comprehensive test cases and maintain test documentation. Strong attention to detail for validating business process logic and ensuring solution integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction.
  • Mastery of leadership competencies to navigate at all levels of the organization, demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically, tactfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to create alliances and contribute to a high degree of teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups.
  • Other advanced certifications are desired.
  • Demonstrated understanding of software development and design.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodology.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 10%.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$83,100.00 - $124,700.00
