The Head of Cybersecurity APAC will act as the regional lead to ensure the execution of global cybersecurity strategies and policies. They will provide risk-based decision support and advisory to regional business and IT teams while managing security risks and compliance.

What you´ll do
- Act as regional cybersecurity lead for APAC, representing the global Cybersecurity team and ensuring regional execution of global cybersecurity strategy, policies, and standards.
- Enable APAC business and IT teams to operate securely by providing practical guidance, risk-based decision support, and cybersecurity advisory for regional initiatives.
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives in the region, including implementation of global security programs, remediation activities, control improvements, and regional risk reduction measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regional cybersecurity regulations and internal security requirements, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Strengthen cybersecurity awareness and secure behavior across the APAC region through targeted communication, training, and engagement with local management teams.
- Coordinate regional security risks, incidents, audit findings, and vulnerability topics with global cybersecurity functions and ensure timely follow-up with accountable owners.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimal education required: University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimal work experience (years): 8+ years.
- Area of specialization: Cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, security architecture, cloud/infrastructure security.
- Further education required: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, cloud security, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications preferred.
- Languages: English (fluent); additional APAC regional languages a plus.
