Project / Contract Manager

DCSA Facility Nurses Station – Boyers, Pennsylvania

  • Citizenship / Access Requirements: Must satisfy DCSA facility and personnel-access requirements applicable to contract-management duties.
  • Security Requirements: Must meet applicable DCSA/DoD security and access requirements associated with management of the task order.
  • Type of Employment: Part-Time / As-Required Contractor Management Position with W-2 employment through Fidelity Partners.
  • Estimated Compensation: $39.79 per hour.
  • Level of Effort: As required to manage contract performance and maintain staffing continuity.
  • Availability: Manager or authorized alternate must be available between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Period of Performance: September 30, 2026 through September 30, 2031, including option periods.

Summary of Services

The Project / Contract Manager will oversee day-to-day contract performance for the DCSA Facility Nurse Station requirement and serve as the contractor’s authorized representative for operational and performance matters. The manager will coordinate staffing, continuity of clinical coverage, Government communications, contract compliance, and resolution of performance issues.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing contract, healthcare-support, staffing, or service-delivery operations is preferred.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, scheduling, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Must be able to act on behalf of the contractor for daily contract matters and coordinate directly with Government representatives.
  • Must be able to maintain required availability during the Government’s stated Monday-through-Friday management window.
  • Must comply with applicable DCSA/DoD security, privacy, access, and information-protection requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the contractor’s primary point of contact for day-to-day performance matters.
  • Oversee performance of the full-time Registered Nurse and ensure qualified back-up coverage is available when required.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules, leave coverage, continuity of operations, and personnel replacements as necessary.
  • Communicate with the Contracting Officer, COR, and other designated Government representatives regarding contract performance.
  • Monitor compliance with the PWS, security requirements, reporting requirements, and other contractual obligations.
  • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure contractor personnel maintain required licenses, certifications, security eligibility, training, and facility access.
  • Coordinate contractor-furnished equipment, supplies, and other resources necessary to operate the Nurse Station.
  • Support review and submission of required reports, documentation, and administrative deliverables.
  • Maintain availability or ensure an authorized alternate is available during the required management window.
