Business Insights Analyst - Safety

The Business Insights Analyst is a developing professional who identifies business challenges, uncover opportunities, and recommends practical solutions through data analysis, artificial intelligence, and structured problem-solving.

This role is focused on safety performance partnering with business leaders and functional teams to turn data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, detail-oriented analyst who enjoys solving problems, learning how the business works, and turning information into practical recommendations. They are comfortable working independently while showing the judgment, curiosity, and communication skills needed to grow into a trusted advisor over time.Key Responsibilities

• Identify contributing factors to address operational challenges across the business
• Develop and verify comprehensive and actionable dashboards and reports
• Drive AI and automation initiatives
• Support executive decision-making with clear insights
• Find measurable cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Foundational experience analyzing data through coursework, internships, projects, or early-career work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic data cleaning.
• Basic understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
