The Position
As an Observability DevOps Engineer within our Digital Operations and Reliability team, you optimize and automate the deployment and management of platform and cloud-based services. In this role, you drive cost-effectiveness, scalability, and security throughout the digital product lifecycle. You collaborate with a global team to evolve our systems from reactive troubleshooting to proactive site reliability engineering, accelerating developer velocity and reducing system downtime to deliver seamless healthcare solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Automate Software Delivery: Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of efficient Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software deployments.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code: Deploy and manage application underlying infrastructure using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and maintain stable, version-controlled configurations.
- Embed Observability Frameworks: Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions (such as Grafana Cloud) to measure and optimize the availability, scalability, and performance of software platforms.
- Integrate Lifecycle Security: Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices by implementing security controls and infrastructure hardening throughout the development and deployment cycles.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional architects and developers to translate high-level product strategies and business requirements into concrete development tasks.
- Foster Technical Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, keeping documentation clear and providing technical mentorship to engineering colleagues.
Who You Are
You are a proactive, growth-minded engineer who thrives on solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges and enjoys sharing knowledge within an international team environment.
- Professional Experience: You bring 3 to 7 years of experience in the software development lifecycle, preferably within a multinational or healthcare corporate environment, backed by a technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
- CI/CD & Source Code Expertise: You demonstrate strong hands-on experience with source code management tools (such as GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket) and configuring automated deployment pipelines.
- Infrastructure & Cloud Capabilities: You hold practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools (such as Terraform, Ansible, Vault, or Consul) along with experience in containers or Kubernetes environments.
- Monitoring & Observability Proficiency: You possess a solid understanding of centralized observability and monitoring systems (such as Grafana Cloud, Splunk, or LogicMonitor).
- Communication & Collaboration: You bring essential effective oral and written communication skills in English, with the flexibility to work effectively across multiple time zones and travel occasionally.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
