How you’ll make an impact

As a Technical Analyst, Business Enablement, you’ll provide Level 3 technical support for a broad portfolio of software-as-a-service and commercial off-the-shelf applications, completing deeper investigation, triage and remediation when issues likely sit within the tool itself.

You’ll be part of the Business Enablement team that supports FCC employees by sustaining, improving and enabling the use of many enterprise applications. You’ll work closely with Service Desk, Deskside Support, internal technology partners, adoption specialists and external vendors to understand issues, assess product changes and support effective user enablement.

If you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, learning across multiple platforms and turning technical analysis into clear documentation and meaningful business support, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Investigate and resolve escalated support tickets for SaaS and commercial off-the-shelf applications after initial Service Desk and Deskside review
  • Complete technical triage, root-cause investigation and remediation for issues that require deeper analysis within the application or tool
  • Build hands-on knowledge of multiple enterprise applications and apply that learning to support configuration, sustainment and user experience
  • Review vendor product releases, updates and new features to understand benefits, risks, impacts and enablement considerations
  • Document findings, support materials and product knowledge so employees and adoption partners can understand and use business tools effectively
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams, business enablement colleagues, bilingual adoption specialists and vendors to support timely issue resolution and user readiness

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A degree in computer science, information systems, business technology or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience providing technical support, application support, business systems support or related technology troubleshooting (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ability to investigate escalated issues, complete triage and identify practical remediation steps in a technology support environment
  • Understanding of SaaS applications, commercial off-the-shelf solutions, enterprise applications or vendor-supported platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through ambiguous “needle in a haystack” problems across multiple tools and business processes
  • Ability to document technical findings, product impacts, support steps and user-facing information in clear, practical language
  • Comfort learning new platforms quickly and supporting a wide variety of business tools, product updates and vendor-driven changes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with technical teams, business partners, vendors and adoption specialists

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exposure to IT service management practices, ticketing systems, vendor coordination, release notes, user acceptance testing or application sustainment
  • Experience creating documentation, knowledge articles, training support materials or user enablement content
