Full description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business performance insights
  • Design and develop dashboards and interactive reports that effectively communicate data findings to business users
  • Implement and optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines to support end-to-end data integration and reporting
  • Collaborate with technology, data governance, and business units to ensure data quality, consistency and reporting accuracy

Requirements & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or data analytics
  • Creative, detail-minded, and able to work independently with strong ownership
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake or data warehouse technologies
  • Experience in luxury retail data environments, applying data governance principles to ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance
  • ​Language proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarian
