We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing strategy and QA automation for large-scale FEMA applications, ensuring quality, security, and performance across cloud-hosted systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA planning across multiple systems or programs.
  • Architect automation frameworks and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct security and performance testing.
  • Define quality metrics and reporting dashboards.
  • Mentor QA teams and lead UAT coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced automation and test architecture skills.
  • Experience with cloud-native test tooling and DevSecOps practices.
  • Knowledge of federal security and compliance requirements.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Agile or ISTQB preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
