We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing strategy and QA automation for large-scale FEMA applications, ensuring quality, security, and performance across cloud-hosted systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA planning across multiple systems or programs.
- Architect automation frameworks and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct security and performance testing.
- Define quality metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Mentor QA teams and lead UAT coordination.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced automation and test architecture skills.
- Experience with cloud-native test tooling and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of federal security and compliance requirements.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Agile or ISTQB preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
