What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product & Strategy division supporting our Operational Infrastructure product domain. In this role, you will own a product and its key capabilities, contribute to product strategy, and help build products that customers love while driving sustainable growth for Navarino.  You will contribute to products supporting onboard and onshore infrastructure, including hardware appliances and connectivity.

In this role you will:

  • Own a product and its key capabilities
  • Lead product discovery and prioritization activities
  • Define product strategy aligned with customer needs and business goals
  • Create product roadmaps that focus on outcomes rather than feature commitments
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes
  • Translate customer insights into product opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Technical Leaders to balance value, viability, usability, and feasibility
  • Identify and reduce risks before committing significant resources
  • Assess value, viability, usability, and feasibility risks throughout the product lifecycle
  • Use customer feedback, product analytics, market intelligence, and business data to guide product decisions
  • Work directly with customers, Product Designers, and Technical Leaders
  • Make informed product decisions using evidence and judgment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role
  • Experience working with cross-functional Product teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional level of English, both written and verbal

  • Experience within the maritime technology industry
