Jr. Solution Business AnalystPosition Summary:
WE are looking for a talented solution business support who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for enterprises with innovating IT solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, takes complete ownership and is responsible for efficient operation of Common Resource Management, or Space Management Solution for corporate IT asset. This role will be highly cross functional, working to drive success within Solution Services under the Application operation team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and support CR2 (Common Resource Registry) and MMS (Managed Mobility Service) for internal customers and users
- Coordinate with system teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations
- Identify and document market needs, translating insights into product features in partnership with engineering teams
- Gather and assess product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users
- Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand mobility and workspace management solutions
- Analyze competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy development
- Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
· 1–3+ years of experience in asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Preferred experience or understanding of product management and enterprise SaaS product support
· Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
· Bilingual preferred(English, and Korean)
