General Summary:
The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager works closely with Senior Management to manage and prioritize the enterprise project portfolio and related project management functions. This role ensures the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the Bank’s project management policies and procedures, strengthens relationships between the PMO and business units, and serves as a resource for project management and business analysis expertise to support high-quality project delivery. In addition to overseeing the department, the PMO Manager may also serve as Project Manager for assigned projects.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’sdegreefrom a U.S. accredited educational institutioninabanking-related fieldandfive (5) years ofworkexperience in banking,customerservice,Information Technology (IT)orrelatedindustry,or;
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)andten (10) years of experience inbanking,customerservice,ITorrelatedindustry
- Minimum of five (5) years ofexperience as a Project Manager or related work in the project management field
- A history of proven success delivering complex or strategic enterprise-level projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificationrequired,or as a condition of employment to be satisfiedwithinsix monthsof hire
- Proficiencyusing Microsoft Project and Office productivity suite softwarerequired
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)® orPortfolio Management Professional (PfPM)® highly preferred
- Experience in organizational change management highly preferred
- Experience in Information Technology principles and concepts highly preferred
- Experiencein dataanalytics and/or business analysispreferred
