Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future
As a Senior Product Manager at Lennar, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution of critical initiatives that fuel our transformation into a user-centric, data-driven, digitally empowered homebuilder. You will own a high-impact product, product area, or workstream end-to-end — setting the vision, aligning stakeholders, and shipping features that move the needle. You’ll operate with autonomy, navigate complex constraints, and influence cross-functional partners without relying on authority. We’re looking for someone who thrives on deeply understanding user needs, solving complex problems, setting high standards, and making decisions that scale. If you’re passionate about using data, design, and technology to improve the customer and employee experience — and want to leave your mark on an iconic brand — we’d love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a strategic product or initiative from defining the problem to measuring results.
- Develop a clear roadmap that aligns business outcomes with user needs, prioritizing ruthlessly.
- Drive alignment across multiple teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders.
- Craft narratives that connect evidence to impact and communicate tradeoffs clearly and credibly to executives.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, define product success metrics, and surface insights that shape strategy.
- Break down complex, ambiguous problems and deliver pragmatic, elegant solutions under tight constraints.
- Create structure where it doesn’t exist, bringing clarity to cross-team collaboration and sequencing.
- Actively manage risk, escalate blockers with a proposed path forward, and create momentum even in the face of ambiguity.
- Bring analytical rigor to product decisions by deeply understanding customer needs, operational workflows, and underlying data patterns.
- Contribute to and evolve internal product standards, frameworks, and playbooks for the broader product org.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant area) with working experience as a Product Manager for 5+ years.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of delivering impactful products that use deep user insight and data to inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems clearly, work with data partners to source and validate inputs, and distill insights that inform product direction.
- Ability to define and measure KPIs that connect product performance to business value.
- Strong collaboration skills — you can influence without authority and build trust across technical and non-technical teams.
- Technical architecture sensitivity – you can understand high-level tradeoffs related to product decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams with high visibility and complexity.
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can write crisp specs, compelling memos, and exec-ready updates.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to fast-moving, dynamic environments.
- Adept at balancing short-term outcomes with long-term vision and platform thinking.
- A growth mindset and a desire to coach others, improve processes, and raise the bar for product at Lennar.
- A working familiarity with and interest in homebuilding techniques and processes.
