Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree From An Accredited Law School REQUIRED
• Active District Of Columbia Bar Membership In Good Standing REQUIRED
• 3-5 Years Of Relevant Legal Experience REQUIRED
• Experience Counseling Clients On Government Cybersecurity Matters REQUIRED
• Experience Advising Clients On Government Cybersecurity Requirements And Compliance Obligations REQUIRED
• Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills REQUIRED
• Proven Ability To Conduct Insightful Research And Analysis REQUIRED
• Strong Persuasive Writing Abilities REQUIRED
• Ability To Assume Immediate Responsibility And Manage Complex Matters REQUIRED
• Ability To Thrive As Part Of A High-Performing, Collaborative Team REQUIRED

Preferred

• Background In Computer Science And/Or Auditing Preferred
• CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP) Certification Preferred
• Certified Cybersecurity Practitioner (CCP) Certification Preferred
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) Certification Preferred
