We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of user experiences for our global Pattern fulfillment network. This role involves creating interfaces for receiving, tracking, auditing, shipping inventory and more. Our integrated data, software, and processes are designed to provide the scalability, accuracy, and speed necessary to support the diverse needs of both our full-service brand partners and 3PL customers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders, to develop new capabilities that advance this vision across both existing and new services.

What is a day in the life of a UX Designer?
• Effectively communicate problems and solutions through strong verbal and written communication.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to uncover key insights that drive business and product success.
• Participate in cross-functional design critiques with other designers across Pattern.
• Define, document, and present design requirements.
• Create experiences using our in-house design system and propose enhancements.
• Ensure continuity and quality of the product experience.
• Continuously develop expert understanding of worldwide e-commerce marketplaces and their supporting logistics.
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape and apply these insights appropriately.
Technical Qualificaion
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or other related degree
• In depth knowledge of UX related responsibilities and how to act on them
• Moderate to expert understanding of Figma
• Understanding of when to leverage one’s own experience, seek out leadership/stakeholder expertise
• Experience with using AI tools to expedite the appropriate steps in the UX process.
