Tech stack:

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with React and TypeScript
  • Solid backend development experience with Node.js/Next.js
  • Strong experience in developing and integrating APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
  • Ability to work in an international environment (US client)
  • English proficiency (B2+/C1)
  • Team-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the insurance domain is a plus, but not required
  • Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Main responsibilities:

  • Partner and integration APIs - an external partner API for a high-volume program, plus a broker-portal integration and event bridge into policy system (auth model, SOAP and REST bindings, webhooks, retry and watchdog pipelines).
  • Underwriting workbench - a browser-native React workbench in platform that replaces an Excel rating workflow, with a rating engine and write-back to the policy system.
  • Clearance portal, phase two - React front-end fixes, queue rules, observability hardening, and rollout to more programs.
  • Plus more across reporting, Azure and DevOps as projects come up.
  • Work closely with a US-based client (within standard CEST working hours).
