This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Writer - SERRM (Safety, Epidemiology, Registries, Risk Management) based in United States.

The Technical Writer will support critical healthcare programs by creating high-quality documentation and reports that contribute to better patient outcomes and stronger research initiatives.This role focuses on developing, reviewing, and refining technical materials related to safety, epidemiology, registries, and risk management activities.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data and findings into clear, accurate, and impactful documents.The position requires strong writing abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.You will play an important role in supporting program operations, improving documentation quality, and ensuring communication excellence.This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to meaningful healthcare advancements while growing within a collaborative organization.

Accountabilities: The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and finalizing technical documentation that supports safety and research-related programs. This role requires strong collaboration with operational teams, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver accurate documentation within established timelines.

  • Provide technical writing support for safety, epidemiology, registry, and risk management program operations.
  • Develop, revise, and finalize program reports, including Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavior (KAB) survey outcome reports.
  • Review tables, listings, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with source data.
  • Analyze generated outputs and verify that descriptive information is complete, consistent, and correctly presented.
  • Review and provide feedback on survey analysis plans, table specifications, protocols, and survey materials.
  • Collaborate directly with program operations teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality documentation.
  • Facilitate internal and client document reviews, coordinate feedback, and incorporate requested revisions.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to present documentation updates and support decision-making.
  • Manage multiple writing assignments while maintaining quality standards and project deadlines.
  • Support additional writing and documentation activities across program functions as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented technical writer with experience creating professional documentation in healthcare, research, pharmaceutical, or related environments. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with diverse teams, and managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • College degree required.
  • 4–6 years of professional work experience in technical writing, documentation, research support, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to research issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and apply sound judgment.
